My portfolio and dividend record
2011
I made my first investment in REIT counter HEKTAR after doing my research, with it's consistent dividend payout and expanding retail portfolio.
2012 - 2013
Dormant investment
years, regrettably. Only activity is to add more HEKTAR stocks from rights
issues in year 2012.
2014
Invested in OSK before the end of 2014. Dropped DY% due to added in OSK share cost.
2015
OSK (5053)
2015 has been a good
year as my 2015 investment in OSK bearing fruits with warrant issues and
dividends. Although OSK tanked after dividend + warrant release, holding
it for mid/long term. Price movement still depressingly low.
Hektar REIT (5121)
Been holding this since
2011 with my first salary paid right out of university. Added more in 2012 with
offered rights issues until now (2015). No plan to add more unless hit my TP.
CENTURY LOGISTICS (7117)
Added Century Logistics into my portfolio for its high dividend yield (~6%++). Rolling four quarters EPS at 11.14 and a P/E of 7.31 is OK in my books, as well as its healthy record of dividend payout, now in its 8th year. The downside to this company is that there's an ongoing court case with one of its longest customers, Nestle and the potential economic downturn. However, long-term wise I believe this company has a bright future.
